Two residential blocks comprising over 663 units were open for sale to registrants and members of the public, with a good take-up rate over the two days. Purchasers had a choice of three flexible layouts of two- or three bedroom units, with the built-up size ranging between 780 and 1,278 sq ft.

Most of the purchasers were highly impressed by the practical and well-designed layouts that feature higher ceiling height and large glass panels to create a sense of spaciousness, even in the smallest unit of 780 sq ft. Buyers were also able to choose the view of either the golf course, IOI City Mall or UNITEN.

Additionally, the starting selling price of RM530 psf was also a major influencer since IOI Resort City commands a high potential for future growth as evidenced by several upcoming prestigious projects. Purchasers were also happy to know that Conezion commercial component will be wholly owned and managed by IOI Properties Group.

Another feature that had appealed to the purchasers was the provision of individual car parks for the residential and commercial components, with separate ingress and egress for better vehicular traffic control and overall security.

Conezion (both residential and commercial developments) is expected to be completed by end-2018. Residents will be able to indulge in lifestyle facilities including a swimming pool, wading pool, gymnasium, Learning Lab, Mini Theatrette and Chill-Out Deck, with 24/7 security. Each condominium unit will be allocated two car park bays.

In terms of accessibility, Conezion is served by major highways such as Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (SILK), Damansara Pouching Expressway (LDP), Maju Expressway (MEX), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), North South Expressway and Besraya. Within the vicinity is the Palm Garden Golf Club and also eight international and private education institutions, with KLCC and KLIA just 25km and 37km away, respectively.

Purchasers of Conezion will be able to enjoy various incentives including attractive furniture subsidy packages and the ongoing ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ scheme that offers the option of deferring the differential sum for up to 24 months.
